I’ve set up this Stratford Woods page just for residents to be able to check what’s happening in the real estate market for the neighborhood. Including the sales information here in this blog should be an easier way for me to communicate with residents. Mostly I’ll include analysis of the homes that have sold as well as keep you apprised of the number of homes that are for sale.
Elaine has sold 44 homes in Stratford Woods.

Do you support the Trustees?
The Trustees are people just like you and I – residents of the neighborhood. They willingly volunteer their time to work to maintain the community, keeping it a pleasant and attractive place to live. Through their work and diligence, home values can be maintained or improved. You can make their job easier by following the rules and lending your support when they ask for help. What support can you lend? You can start by attending the regular Trustee meetings to stay informed as these residents did at a meeting.
