- Delaware City – Excellent with Distinction *
- Big Walnut – Excellent
- Buckeye Valley – Excellent
Franklin County
- Dublin – Excellent with Distinction
- Hilliard – Excellent with Distinction
- Westerville – Excellent with Distinction
- New Albany (Plain Local) – Excellent
- Worthington – Excellent
Union County
- Marysville – Excellent with Distinction
