Yesterday morning was Realtor® day at the BIA Parade of Homes in Olentangy Falls. There are 11 homes in this year’s Parade (click here for more details). I took photos while I was there so watch the vid to see some highlights.
Many of the homes used very dark woods both in cabinetry and flooring. The wallcovering and some paint treatments were also dark. Perhaps the builders are in a ’dark’ mood thanks to the tough past two years.
Special pix: (1) a bath tub for dogs with hand-held sprayer and (2) see if you can tell which builder was serving mojitos to the Realtors®. Hint … it’s the very crowded kitchen.
