I really enjoyed reading this. So we both have voyagers, and I can understand what you are saying, about the blackberry being much easier to use for attachments.

I also loved your comment about faxes/scans. It’s amazing how much clearer the paperwork stays as it goes from one person to another, with a scanner as opposed to a fax … which gets muddy looking!
