For most insurance companies, (But not all) this is typically an extra item that must be added to the policy via endorsement (and additional premium). Most of the time the cost is actually only about $20 per year for around $500 of coverage. Good luck putting everything back together.

Originally, the “bad” part was projected to be the worst in the Toledo area and we were to only get the fringes. I would think that would include southern Michigan as well.
