		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s not surprising that the heating bill was so much lower.  With the new EPA Certified stoves that are extremely efficient most of the heat stays in the home rather than going up the chimney and they are very low on emissions too.  I would pay more for a house that had a wood stove.]]></description>
