There was some more good news this week for some subdivisions in the north edge of southern Delaware County near Rt 23. Liberty Township approved a tax abatement for State Automobile Mutual Insurance Company to build a data center and offices in The Park at Greif.
Columbus State Community College and Citigroup will be building in this area on the west side of Rt 23 as well.
Just north of The Park, on the east side of Rt 23, will be the new Grady Memorial Hospital. Ohio Health Blvd is already under construction.
Hopefully the influx of employees to these much needed businesses, will benefit the home sales for such subdivisions as Cheshire Crossing, Stratford Woods, Dornoch and Glenross. The first three offer homes for sale in the $200′s. Glenross, which is located on a golf course, is more upscale with homes in the $500′s. Now would be a good time to buy a home in these communities before demand increases the prices.
