In yesterday’s post I told you that I would gradually show you more photos of the new listing near Hoover Reservoir that will go on the market next week.
Today’s photos are of the magnificent home office wing. This wing of the home is on the top level and consists of two rooms plus an alcove area,
nearby bath and a ’sunrise’ deck. There is also a spiral staircase to the drive so clients have a separate entrance.
The left photo shows the lounge area which has magazine racks and low bookcases (out of view).
The office wing is cedar-lined with an “umbrella” style ceiling with open beams lined with spot lights.
There are many large windows to capture the magnificent views.
The photo to the right shows another section that makes a great place for a desk because it overlooks the fabulous professionally landscaped grounds.
If you need a break to keep the creative juices flowing, you can step outside on the ’sunrise’ deck.
The deck also connects with a guest bedroom.
To the right of the current desk area is a separate room with a door but with the same open ceiling. This room is suitable for a workroom with lots of counter space and underneath shelves. There is also ample space for a desk or work station.
The office wing has its own heating/cooling system and is wired for sound.
If you need space for a home office that is larger than the typical 10×12 dens that are common to ordinary homes, then you must consider this home.
It’s located on 3 acres, east of Hoover Reservoir (Galena) with over 5100 sq ft. Stay tuned for more details.

This house is enchanting and beautiful and we’ve only seen parts of it so far. That room would make a great music room too.

Oh, hadn’t thought that a music teacher might like it! That’s a great idea because there is plenty of space for pianos.
We’ve thought it would be good for an artist, lawyer, or architect - because of the workroom counters for blueprints.

It’s truly a gorgeous home, Elaine! An architect would certainly appreciate it
