The taxes are $7100 and that includes the Golf Village assessment. The monthly condo fees are $270/mo for 2008. There is a 2-car garage with hot/cold water faucet. If company is visiting, there is room for 2 cars in the drive. There are also extra spaces nearby for resident’s guests.

Regarding “household domestic pets”, they are allowed but the condo docs in a lengthy paragraph of legal-eeze, say they reserve the right to change that and the pets can’t be a nuisance, and they must be picked up after – yada, yada. The condo docs are about a half-inch thick so they can be made available to buyers.
