Couple additional questions…..does this condo have a garage, and, if so, how many bays does it have? What are the associate fees, monthly or annual? What type of restrictions might apply regarding pets, driveway/street parking, etc.?

Dan, we just reduced the price today to $364,900 which is $40,000 below what the sellers paid so it’s a great buy!
The taxes are $7100 and that includes the Golf Village assessment. The monthly condo fees are $270/mo for 2008. There is a 2-car garage with hot/cold water faucet. If company is visiting, there is room for 2 cars in the drive. There are also extra spaces nearby for resident’s guests.
Regarding “household domestic pets”, they are allowed but the condo docs in a lengthy paragraph of legal-eeze, say they reserve the right to change that and the pets can’t be a nuisance, and they must be picked up after - yada, yada. The condo docs are about a half-inch thick so they can be made available to buyers.
