….. the problem with having 3-inch legs in 4½ inches of snow is that

your belly drags and certain “parts” get
REALLY, REALLY COLD!!!!!!!!!

Elaine – Poor Murph – tell him we’re thinking of both of you while we’re on Clearwater Beach and it’s 78 degrees
– Remember you have friends in warm places. I wanted to share the photo on my blog but couldn’t find link to this post? – Cyndee Haydon
Cyndee, absolutely loved talking with you last night.
It’s very cold here today – 7-degrees – so I expect more Ohio Buckeyes will be calling The Haydon’s to plan their move to a much warmer Clearwater Beach.
Elaine what a cute photo! My only experience with a dog was my husky Naklik who couldn’t be dragged in from the snow. I would have neighbors calling me saying why are you leaving your dog outside…I would tell them, YOU come and drag her in LOLOL
Carole, now a Huskie in the snow is like cream in the coffee cup. They’ve got the hair and warm undercoat to withstand the cold. That’s funny about your neighbors.
My daughter had a Norwegion elkhound and he was the same way. The colder the better.
The Murph’s belly is nearly bare , very little hair so he’s in REAL trouble when it snows. He has several sweaters so they can have time to dry out in between outings because they get so wet.
Funny… My one-year-old Daughter seems to have the same problem
A freezing weiner!
Angus wouldn’t set foot outside. Does your sleep under the covers?
Oh yeah! All weiners do. They love to burrow – that’s their job.;-)
