Outside that area, we have to install them … and re-install them.

That was very nice for the client to recognize the extra effort you went to, especially that late at night. That relationship bond is what makes this such a great job!

I did that once – the sign thing that is. Now I have bigger signs and a company that comes and puts them up for me…. so worth it.

I remember a client that called me at 10 pm he had just gotten into town and forgot the keys to his vacation home at home…. I had it listed…. so yep he called – 30 miles round trip, a flash light and presto he was in…. bought me a killer bottle of wine for my trouble… great job taking care of your clients.
