Sellers … Gotta get in shape!

In today’s market, Sellers must have their home in near perfect condition to make the cut for Buyers to consider buying your home. There are simply too many other homes to choose from that ARE in excellent condition.

Today’s Buyers aren’t interested in fixing up a home - they don’t often have the knowledge or the time to do that. Plus, with all the inventory, there is no need for them to do that UNLESS they buy the home at a very low price. So, if you’re not in a position to sell at a very low price, you need to make any needed repairs.

Not sure what to look for? I’ve prepared a Seller’s Fix-Up List that is based on the form that home inspectors use when inspecting for a buyer. It’s fairly detailed, and if you print it out, you can use it for your “honey-do list” to make sure YOUR home is the one Buyers choose!
